**About the team**
People are a key part of the Group’s strategy and HR partner with our business units in building a vibrant, customer focused and high integrity culture. Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs.

The Leadership, Performance and Reward (LT&R) team encompasses Group Performance & Reward, Reward Advisory & Consulting, Group Reward Optimisation and Reward Governance. It aims to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people. We are amidst exciting agile transformation which will provide opportunities to work across prioritised projects requiring reward expertise across multi-disciplinary teams.
**About the role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering strategic, market competitive reward frameworks, solutions and advice across both Australia and our offshore locations in Europe, Asia, India and the US.
- Providing consultative reward advice across key, prioritised projects
- Providing innovative reward solutions that meet emerging business needs and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and proposing effective appropriate changes and enhancements to existing reward frameworks to meet internal and external needs
- Providing advice on internal and external market reward trends
- Delivering remuneration education and coaching across the HR community
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward (including Human Resources more broadly),
- Identifying and responding to emerging trends impacting the Group’s reward strategies and frameworks in Australia and internationally.
**About you**
You have built some great experience and established credibility as a Reward Analyst, Consultant or Manager across one or more of these disciplines:
- reward consulting and advisory,
- reward regulatory and governance,
- reward design,
- executive reward

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- A track record in delivering reward projects and solutions within a large, complex organisation or consulting firm, preferably with a global view
- Superior project management skills, evidenced by the delivery of reward projects in a complex organisation
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others, with a capability to take the lead and make decisions
- Achievements in managing situations where leadership and influencing skills are paramount to achieving success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are foundational.
- Curiosity to dig deeper, explore problems and underlying challenges
- Understanding of the financial services environment is preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
