The opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join our Group Performance and Reward team.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, this role will see developing, implementing, and communicating QBE’s employee reward (remuneration and benefits) program to support achievement of business initiative.

In this position, you will:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the reward strategy, ensuring alignment locally and globally, ensuring best practice is considered to meet the needs of the business, improve stakeholder experience, and maintain governance standards.-
- Manage annual reward cycles for, such as annual merit review process, including data validation, system testing, process improvement and education of People business partners for client groups.- Partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure all reward decisions and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.- Function as a trusted advisor on reward matters to the business leaders and stakeholders across the business.- Act as a point of reference to guide and advise junior colleagues and others to ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practices.- Contribute and support wider projects that include a reward remit, such as participation on global reward team projects and broader people priorities.

Your story so far:
- 7+ years relevant experience working on remuneration and benefits within a complex, global, organisation- Strong analytical, numerical skills and excel skills- Strong attention to detail with high level accuracy- Drive multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record of superior results- Be an effective problem solver who can provide solutions to difficult situations- Collaborative working style
