Help develop, deliver and maintain ASX-listed firm Global Reward strategy, whilst learning ASX listed remuneration and governance practices.

**What will you be doing?**
Reporting into a very experienced (Global) Head of Performance Reward and as a key member of a global reward function, you will be actively involved in the development, delivery and maintenance of group global reward strategy.

You will lead annual global projects such as pay and bonus reviews, benefits, employee share plans and the annual performance process, whilst getting exposure to ASX listed remuneration & governance practices and acquisition related projects.

**What background do you have?**
With >6 years corporate reward experience, you have solid broad base compensation foundations and are across all reward operations such as rem review, benchmarking and salary survey management. Advanced data skills are complemented by experience with HRIS (Oracle, WorkDay or similar), any equity exp. an advantage, but you can learn this.

Your communication skills are right up there, you're comfortable managing both HRBP and Line Manager relationships, and your project management skills have been put to the test time again.
