**Role Overview**: As the Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and navigating the regulatory landscape, particularly CPS 511, within the financial services industry. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will spearhead the remuneration review process, draft papers for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), oversee WGEA reporting, and contribute to the broader People & Culture (P&C) strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting remuneration reviews and analysis.
- Drafting papers and presentations for the RemCo.
- Managing all WGEA reporting requirements.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the P&C strategy.
- Utilising strong project management skills to drive initiatives forward.
- Analysing complex data sets to provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Group.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in the financial services industry is essential.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, particularly CPS 511, is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analysing complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
