We’re looking for an **Office Manager** to join our team and take charge of all things admin. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be the backbone of our office and ensure everything flows seamlessly. Plus, you’ll earn a competitive salary of **$73,150 per annum** for your expertise and dedication.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Planning and reviewing office services and setting priorities.
- Managing resources, space, equipment, and staff performance.
- Maintaining records, accounts, and office supplies.
- Coordinating with professionals to resolve issues.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and relevant policies.
- Coordinating personnel activities such as recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in office management or similar roles is a bonus.
