The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the National Sales team whilst also supporting our external stakeholders & ensuring large loans are prepared for sign off in a timely manner.
- Support the National Sales team with large loan approval requirements & enquiries
- Monitor & Maintain Sales Support inboxes
- Generating premium funding quotes and assisting with general enquiries for the National Sales team
- Work closely with the Credit and Risk Manager/Team to ensure large loan approvals are completed in a timely manner
- Responding to internal and external stakeholder and customer queries and address as required
- Resolve complaints and escalate to the Sales Support Team Leader where necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff, brokers and clients at all times
- Conducting pre-assessment credit checks on potential clients
- Ensuring daily compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy are adhered too.
- Understanding the credit procedures policy and ensuring we are meeting all requirements
- Make suggestions for new innovation’s & efficiencies
- Other duties as required

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous Sales Support experience is highly desirable
- Insurance industry or Banking / Financial industry experience preferred
