**Sales Development Representative - IT/Software Industry**

Our company is Asia Pacific’s leading inside sales & marketing company. We work with global IT brands to help them reach their customers through a combination of best-practice telesales support, data supply and leading-edge technology.

Due to increased demand for our services and growth, we seek full-time or part-time Sales Development Reps (SDRs) / Business Development Reps (BDRs) to join our team. We pride ourselves on being the world's best Sales Development team for hire and as such you will have the chance to collaborate with some of the top players in the IT & Software industry in Asia Pacific and North America.

We offer a "Catch and Release" program that allows our employees to be trained, mentored and showcased to our clients, with the opportunity to be “released” to the client to work in their business as a full-time employee. **Your role will involve, but not limited to**:

- Working with our professional team to qualify prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients and/or our internal database
- Work on a variety of IT campaigns for our ANZ clients
- Setting up appointments with prospects for our clients. You will NOT be doing any selling of products or services
- Keeping the database up to date with the latest contact data and inputting accurate call notes
- Participate in client briefings and regular progress meetings/calls with the client and the campaign team
- Undertaking internal training and learning when provided to further develop your skills and knowledge

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales and/or outbound calling, however, we are also open to hiring people with no previous telemarketing experience but have a great confidence and strong desire to learn
- Fluency in professional business English
- Confidence in using computers and new software
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads
- A positive can-do attitude, reliable and self-motivated to achieve results for yourself and your clients
- An interest in developing sales skills or a career in the IT/software industry

Base salary will be depending on the experience on the same/similar role:

- Starting base salary $55,000 for minimum 1 yr experience on the same/similar role
- Base salary up to $80,000 for 3+ yrs experience on the same/similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- SYDNEY CBD, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- IT / Techology: 1 year (preferred)
