Currently seeking a highly-driven individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills to join the team and play a crucial role in our operations.

**About the role**:
As the Sales Support Officer, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate Purchase Orders
- Ensure smooth logistics and shipping operations to achieve on-time delivery
- Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively addressing client needs, ensuring accurate order processing, and handling invoicing promptly.
- Act as the administrative liaison between the business and its valued customers, providing exceptional support to business units
- Offering support to other team members when required.
- Liaising with customers to address sales and delivery matters and ensuring follow-up to completion.

**To excel in this role, you should possess the following**:

- Experience in customer service
- Excellent skills in product and customer processes, import documentation, sales, and quality management.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel reporting and data analysis.
- Hands-on approach with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in a small local team as part of a larger national/international team.
- A positive "can do" attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
