Qualifications & experience
- MUST be experience in managing an administration/office
- MUST have great organisiation skills, phone handling and computer skills
- MUST have great customer service skills
- Can complete asks with a deadline
- Can delegate tasks to employees
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
- Self driven & self motivated
- Positive and resilient personality traits
- Great personality

Tasks & responsibilities
- As an administration manager, you will work in the Supercar Rides office
- You will be required to manage the office and other administration assistants
- You will be required to manage all phone and online enquiries
- You will be required to provide great customer service
- You will be required to manage tasks and liase with other departments to complete tasks
- You will be required to problem solve and handle client matters
- You must be able to collate data to complete and manage your tasks
- You will be required to manage the social media accounts
- You will be required to manage client bookings
- Coordinate schedules and plan
- Report to director with reports and organise meetings
