**About the Team**

Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

We are looking for a Customer Enablement Consultant to join our team. The Team is at the heart of knowledge management, advocacy and scalability at MYOB.

We drive impact all through customers lifecycle experience and deliver professional development, including certifications for our customers, partners, and staff through MYOB Academy.

A thorough understanding of instructional design principles, training development processes and agile environments. You’ll have demonstrated experience designing and implementing learning experiences for customers and partners across multiple distribution channels. You’ll also have outstanding skills in crafting impactful learning journeys along customer lifecycle experiences.

**What you'll Do**:

- Develop and create content for enablement programs to drive cloud adoption and utilisation of our products and services
- Contribute to the implementation the MYOB Customer Enablement strategy ensuring alignment across key contributors across the customer journey
- Maintain partnerships with key training providers to ensure the student experience is positive and advocates of MYOB as a business platform
- Support cloud adoption, increased utilisation, and customer value through effective education
- Develop and assess programs that help customers start, survive & succeed through the development of core business skills
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build effective customer onboarding programs that deliver increase utilisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg Sales Operations, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on key customer initiatives

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Certificate in Training and Assessment or diploma/post grad business qualification is desirable
- Proven experience delivering customer focused and technology related training and coaching
- Shown background in content creation and development of capability programs
- Experience with multiple training delivery mechanisms including remote facilitation, virtual instructor led, live webinar delivery and face to face training
- Ability to work with a variety of audiences, recognise different learning styles and deliver effective learning, accordingly
