Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Some of the specifics
- Telstra Store Baldivis - 26 Safety Bay Road, Tenancy T78 Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre, Baldivis Western Australia 6171
- Part Time Positions Available
- Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9:00 - 17:00, Thursday 9:00 - 19:00, Sunday 11:00 - 16:00

Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
