You take calls about bills, leaks, house moves, and technical issues (some calls may be challenging so you need to quickly bounce back from difficult conversations).

**Opportunities available**:

- Full time hours are 37.5 hours a week (5 days per week, 7.5 hours a day)
- Part time hours are 25 hours a week (5 days per week, 5 hours per day)
- Opening hours 7am - 5pm - You’ll need to be available and flexible to work between these hours
- Please note part time you will be **required to work full time for the initial training of 6 weeks**

Role is commencing in June 2023
