**Role Summary**:
The Manager, Customer Planning and Enablement is a newly created opportunity in our Customer Projects & Enablement based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of the role is to ensure there is a strategic alignment to corporate targets and delivery outcomes. The primary accountability of the Customer Enablement Planning team is to synthesise insights and identify value that can be translated into opportunities that support Synergy’s Corporate Strategy or BU objectives.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Working closely with the Customer Leadership team and Executive General Manager (EGM) Customer accountable to create alignment across the functions and their planning processes
- In consultation with the Customer Leadership Team, responsible for overarching reporting and coordination of the whole of Customer target setting process and KPI scorecard
- Work with business functions to collate activities attached to the Game plan and each functions tactical plan. Reporting and coordination of the Customer Game Plan including monthly reporting on tactical plans in consultation with the leadership team, at quarterly forums
- Management and facilitation of the Customer operating rhythm (monthly, quarterly forums etc) including the Customer Initiative Forum and creation of the Customer Roadmap of projects and initiatives
- Management of internal Customer communications (e.g., Customer newsletter) to support overall BU outcomes and ensure all Customer team members understand how they connect

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role demonstrating commercial business planning and financial acumen
- Business planning experience in transformational/ disrupted industrial
- Leadership experience
- Experience in energy markets with knowledge of associated commercial and retail drivers
