The Team Coordinator - Publishing Growth will provide essential support to the Director of Commercial Growth, Director of Audience Growth, and Head of Strategy within the Nine Publishing division. This role is key in facilitating team operations, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage calendars and inboxes, ensuring smooth operations and proactive planning.
- Administer invoices and expenses while coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a log of commitments and ensure timely follow-ups on key matters.
- Coordinate team events and meetings, handling logistics with precision.
- Organise development programs, including guest speakers and team celebrations, promoting a collaborative culture.
- Act as a liaison between the Publishing Growth Exec team and other departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Stay updated on ongoing activities within the Publishing division, serving as a go-to resource for information.
- Prepare documents and presentations with a focus on detail and professionalism.
- Oversee budget-related tasks.
**Qualifications**
What we would like to see:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, effectively supporting leaders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with diverse teams.
- Proactive and mature approach, with a strategic mindset for identifying and addressing gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace are essential; experience with Slack is a plus.
- Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Background in marketing, PR, or communications is highly desirable.
