**The Role**

We are excited to welcome a professional Front Office Coordinator. The permanent position is for 3 or possibly 4 days a week.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Delivering 5 star customer service
- Build positive and lasting relationships with patients
- Settling accounts through Exact software
- training can be provided
- Booking appointments for patients
- Communication with team members for organised and smooth day to day operations

**The Smile Team** is a family-oriented modern and stylish practice in Balwyn North, Victoria operating under current principals for 17 years.

Our treatment philosophy is one that puts our patients care above any financial gains. We do not push treatment and prefer to provide options to allow patients to choose what is best for them.
