**About the role**:
Geeks2U was acquired by Officeworks to expand our scope of services we offer to our customers and create a “one stop shop” for all the Technology needs of our household and business customers.
Geeks2U, Australia’s leading on-site technology support provider. We pride ourselves on delivering prompt, no fuss, same day tech services to customers in both metropolitan and regional areas right across Australia.
Services include repair of hardware and software, wireless and wired network set-up, virus, and spyware prevention and removal, device setup (from Smart TVs to tablets and smartphones), data backup and recovery solutions and just about any other type of technology support customers require at their homes or offices.
In this newly created role, the Geeks2U Key Account Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management of our client’s technical needs, as well as promote the Geeks2U products and services to any other key clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience and increased brand awareness. This includes issue resolution, diagnosis, prioritising and escalating, where required and logging incidents, manage administration and billing requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be organising and facilitating contractors for maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely and high-quality service is delivered.
The role will be responsible for monthly reporting of service calls, spares status, and use collected data to provide recommendations with reference to SLAs and attend regular meetings with Officeworks and other companies and internal stakeholders. Further, the Key Account Service Coordinator, will oversee the ticket management of reported faults and be the primary escalation point for faults and account issues.
This position will require you to work from our North Rocks (Paramatta) office - up to 4 days per week with flexibility around hours required in the Office.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Inventory/asset management
- Planning and Scheduling experience.
- Confident in phoning and following up Clients.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and a thirst for continual learning.
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment and within a team
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
- Organisational and time management skills
