Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Key Account & Client Management plans to enhance client retention and strengthen relationships.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
- Engage clients by identifying their business needs, preparing tailored proposals, and providing accurate quotations.
- Contribute to the development and administration of processes and policies related to Key Account & Client Management programs.
- Collaborate on industry-specific relationship management activities and coordinate customer-facing activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to manage large and complex projects independently, with mínimal supervision.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and designing effective solutions for complex problems.
- Strong interpretative skills for internal and external business issues, with an ability to recommend best practices.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
Experience Level:
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience.
Education Level:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience/qualification.
