As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Swazzy, you will play a crucial role in managing the incoming payments and ensuring that our company receives the correct amounts owed from clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will include the accurate processing and recording of payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a detailed financial ledger. This position requires a high level of precision, reliability, and the ability to work closely with both our finance team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify incoming payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update customer files, including contact information, payment terms, and billing history.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Prepare bank deposits and perform reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status and activity.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Implement and maintain a system for managing collections and follow-up on overdue accounts.

**Salary**: $51,296.41 - $70,000.00 per year
