We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Manager, General Management to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Sydney, Australia

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Grows revenue and executes on the businesses’ key strategic initiatives and product enhancements
Identifies areas of focus for achieving incremental growth and creates the strategic direction
Manages the Australia Corporate Trust Profit and Loss (across strategic business units/product lines) and balance sheet for product portfolio
Engages functional parties (e.g., operations, technology, client service) to develop an operating model that provides the quality and breath of service suited to the brand and needs of target segment
Establishes strategies for pricing and contract terms for Corporate Trust that will optimize client satisfaction yet manage internal risk
Drives Product initiatives for Corporate Trust in Australia
Together with the Australia Head of Market, manages and enhances existing client relationships within Corporate Trust both from a revenue and partnership perspective.
Establishes internal relationships to recommend and advocate for product/service enhancements that will fill underserved client interests. Recommends areas for firm thought leadership efforts based on client feedback
Contributes to the effective governance of Australia Legal Entity/’s and Regulatory Reporting oversight in partnership with Compliance and Legal Entity Director
Lead Legal Entity board meetings
Ensures that a strong governance culture is embedded within the business, that issues are escalated and cascaded appropriately and that key risks are identified, discussed and mitigated
Maintains a good understanding of the Company’s governance framework, including escalation requirements, and ensures there is clear, appropriate and evidenced apportionment of responsibilities

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Executive presence, proven track record of driving growth and governance, and ability to drive/manage change
- 15 plus years of total work experience with at least 8 - 10 years in management preferred.
Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
Experience in securities and/ or Corporate Trust) is highly preferred.
