**The opportunity**:
We are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Executive General Manager to take charge of our Brisbane office and oversee our Property and Social Infrastructure business. Joining our esteemed Senior Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our growth strategy within the Property and Social Infrastructure services in Queensland.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leadership of teams and projects, ensuring the effective coordination and execution of initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversight of strategic planning and implementation, contributing to the development and execution of long-term business goals in alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities and enhance our competitive positioning.
- Collaborative engagement with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Implementation of best practices in project management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Development and execution of comprehensive marketing and client engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
- Evaluation and enhancement of operational processes to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
- Mentorship and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

**About You**:
As an inspirational leader, you will be responsible for managing and expanding an established team of Project Managers. Your career background should demonstrate:

- Tertiary level qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, asset management, or a related development industry.
- Strong management consultancy sales experience in built form (delivery), strategic advisory and/or asset management
- Deep connections to the QLD market, across both private (Property) and government (Social Infrastructure) sectors
- Demonstrated experience in having led and grown a successful project management business or division within a larger business.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the financials and commercial challenges of the consultancy environment.
- Stellar ability to sell to a client, continuously win work, and deliver as a lead role.
- High energy, great leader of people, and track record in converting sales to commissions.
