Executive Assistant to General Manager - Everyday Business Banking
Merchants supports our clients to operate and grow their business, through the provision of innovative payment solutions that help them better engage with their customers and suppliers. We are accountable for the end-to-end business customer experience and the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.
**Your Role**:
You will provide direct 1-1 support to the General Manager of Merchants and Crew Lead Line 1 Risk. Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
- Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative and business support
- Diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an effective use of their time. Ensuring daily packs are prepared for manager to review prior to meetings
- Providing superior and executive level of support to the team - maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality
- Coordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with EAs and arranging meeting room bookings
- Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)
- Participation in meetings - coordinating agendas/minute taking
- Invoice management and approval
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing presentations
- The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible
- High level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence
- Stretch and grow in a role while bringing enormous value to the Exec/EA partnership
- Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
