**How will I help?**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide executive coordination and support to the General Manager of Group Performance Management and their leadership team.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Organise meetings or event room bookings, guests, catering, travel management and or equipment (as required) including supporting the LT or GPM Culture Crew.
- Timely and accurate expense management - invoice approvals, pCards, eBuy, WEAPS, etc
- Update GM GPM on matters requiring urgent or personal attention, with associated deadlines and relevant documentation.
- Professionally dealing with senior management including other GEs and GMs and their offices in an environment that is often changing and where there are tight deadlines involved.
- Manage Distribution Lists, secure / restricted site, meeting rooms, drives and other access.
- Finalisation of papers and timely delivery to Company Secretariat for distribution to Board and other Group Committees and forums.
- Ensure remuneration changes, leave, people structures, training, compliance, Motivate requirements are clearly communicated and met.

**What do I need?**
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF (Nitro) packages (advantageous).
- Relevant experience in providing executive level administrative support.
- Comfortable operating at an Executive level and managing to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in prioritising, organising and managing multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to work with and manage sensitive and confidential information and conversations.
- Able to exercise initiative, analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve effective outcomes.
- Ability to operate through on-going change.
