THE ROLE

Our Enrolment team under Student Lifecycle is seeking a Student Administration Assistant to provide student customer service and administration transactional support.

Working in this busy and fast-paced role, you will:

- Provide customer service and transactional support to students.
- Undertake student administration transactional processing using a range of student administration systems ensuring timely, accurate and quality assured data processing.
- Provide feedback to support student services, process and systems improvement.

You have strong communications skills to engage with and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
