**Description**

This dynamic opportunity will suit a highly motivated HR Business Partner looking to play a vital role in providing true generalist HR support to key stakeholders. This role will be responsible for business partnering, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and overall business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers exceptional service, while also supporting the workforce within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support and HR advice, guidance, and recommendations on operational and strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and ensure successful training of employees in coordination with Talent Management
- Ensure that HR is a strategic partner to our business and involved in the decision-making process for HR-related matters.
- Work closely with leaders and all employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture, and increase retention.
- Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, consult with external/internal legal advisors as required.

**Profile**
- Have proven experience working with employment legislation, end-to-end investigations, and performance case management.
- Ability to create and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in providing policy advice on workplace legislation.
- Understanding and negotiation of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment-related legislation.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, mining, or resources environment is desirable however not essential.
- Hold a valid driver's license and use of own car.
- The ability to complete an AFP Check and psychometric assessment.
