HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a People and Culture Business Partner to join our clients People & Culture team based in Keysborough, Victoria.


This role is a permanent full time position and plays a key role in driving the alignment across Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding practices with a strong focus on employee engagement and culture.


This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic, people centric HR Business Partner looking to step up in their next role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, support, coach and advise Business Managers in regards to staff management tools
  • Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and longterm strategic HR objectives
  • Work with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure attraction of the best white collar talent for corporate roles
  • Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including policies and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, NES, EEO, and award interpretation to minimise risk

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or 5 years IR/ER experience or previous experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Proven Generalist experience
  • Strong ER capability and experience interpreting Award and other employment instruments
