**The purpose of the role**

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive (Professional Services industry), you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with our most strategic customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.

Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.

This role allows for 100% flexible work from home, however applicants must be able to travel for client meetings in Sydney and Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead collaborative account planning, incorporating insights from all team members and Partners.
- Orchestrate customer team alignment across Microsoft to ensure focus on delivering customer outcomes.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the customers
- Engage in conversations with senior leaders
- Drive new opportunities and conversations, focusing on industry expertise.
- Drive growth across solution areas, ensuring pipeline velocity.
- Engage in customer business through Microsoft customer engagement methodology processes and workshops.
- Utilise industry expertise to drive growth and customer value.
- Lead a high-performance customer team with regular reviews and stakeholder mapping.
- Secure and grow customer renewals and upsells
- Cultivate partner relationships to open new opportunities and share pipelines.
- Create referenceable customer win stories.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**
- 10+ years experience working in an industry (e.g. Professional services, financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) driving digital transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results.
