As the Administrator, you will focus on the efficient management of physical and electronic records within a mail room environment.
Our client is looking for someone to join their team working 11am-4pm across 5 shifts a fortnight. You must be available to work the below roster:
Week 1: Thursday and Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

- **Permanent Part Time | 25 Hours a Fortnight | 6 Month Contract - Opportunity to Extend**:
- **$23.96 Per Hour + Super | Full Training Provided | ASAP Start**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties
- Data entry and administration
- File retrievals
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Mailroom experience is advantageous but full training will be provided
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desire to deliver high level customer service to clients
**Please Note**: you will be required to undergo a Government Security Clearance process which includes a Criminal History Check.
