**Your New Company**

Our client, a leading disability services provider with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Project or Procurement Administrator to join their team in Tasmania. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while utilising your administrative skills.

**Position Details**- Job Title: Procurement Administrator- Location: Hobart CBD (with national responsibilities)- Contract Type: 3 Month Temporary Position with the possibility of extension- Start Date: Immediate

**Your New Role**

As the Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization’s mission to empower individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
**Procurement Management**:
- Coordinating end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing to delivery and documentation throughout- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specifications.- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and contracts.

**Administrative Support**:
- Handling administrative tasks related to procurement, including document preparation and data entry.- Assisting in maintaining supplier databases and vendor relationships- Preparing reports and presentations for management.- Creating and managing spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.- Utilising Outlook for communication and scheduling.

**What You'll Need**

**Essential**:
- Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Commitment to social responsibility and inclusion.

**Desirable**:
- Previous experience in procurement or contract administration.- Familiarity with disability services or related sectors.- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
