**About the role**:
In this role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative services support for the Disaster Legal Help Victoria (DLHV) team, including, supporting the Program Manager, monitoring the inbox and Victorian Emergency App and responding to requests through various communication channels. You will also prepare written correspondence to use in campaigns, coordinate agendas and minutes and lead administrative planning and coordination of training delivered by DLHV and triage help-seeker requests in person and remotely by record keeping and organising referrals.

Furthermore, in this role you update and maintain the DLHV intranet pages and online resources and continue to develop and maintain collection templates and precedents. You will also design and interpret data reports using various programs.
- This is a hybrid role that can be based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country or at one of our regional offices._

**About you**:

- Strong attention to detail in a complex and confidential environment.
- Ability to manage own work priorities, meet deadlines and assist in the coordination of projects.
- Initiative to identifying improvements to processes.
- Ability to develop and interpret reports using Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
- Administrative experience in a legal or public sector environment or paralegal experience (mandatory).
