- We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration coordinator to support a large Maritime program located at Mawson Lakes.-
**About you**:

- We are seeking a highly organised and motivated team player who is skilled in relationship building and delivering outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - someone who is confident and proactive in their approach to work with an open and positive attitude.
- This role requires initiative and the ability to make informed administrative decisions to achieve outcomes.
- Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in providing PA / EA support.
- Experience coordinating all aspects related to all meetings - including meeting invites, agendas, papers, minutes, room bookings, and other logistics.
- Experience producing business documents and working with online platforms.
- Experience in coordinating travel including the development of itineraries (desirable).
- Effective at communicating with a broad audience with well-developed written and verbal skills.
- Confident in building rapport and developing relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to resolve problems and build positive relationships.
- High level organisational and time management skills, able to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates.
- Flexible in adapting to ever changing needs and deadlines and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions focused and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- High level of digital literacy.
- Ability to work within policy parameters and process guidelines.
- Experience within a program environment in defence.
- Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and/or Visio (desirable)

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens, hold a Baseline Clearance, and be eligible to hold a current NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
