**The Opportunity**

Therapeutic Life Story Work is based on Richard Rose's 'Life Story Therapy with Traumatised Children - A Model for Practice' (2012). It aims to help and empower young people to reflect on the trauma they have experienced and work through this in a supportive environment.

This is a great opportunity to use your current sector experience coupled with the Therapeutic Life Story Work (TLSW) program and make a difference in these young peoples lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a new role this position has varied tasks including the below:

- Deliver the TLSW program for the young people in the Western Region
- Support the broader Home Based Care team to implement the TLSW processes for their clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of the program

**About You**

You will be a quick learner who has established experience in the sector as well as experience in implementing new programs. You will be highly organised and enjoy establishing working relationships. You will also have excellent overall administrative skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

Completion of the Professional Diploma of Therapeutic Life Story Work is desirable however not mandatory.
