About the Role
Permanent Part-Time 0.8FTE, monthly rotating roster including weekends and after hours.
Our Residential Care Service
We provide a safe and stable therapeutic environment to young people who are under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive and for whom kinship care or foster care are not currently an option. Our aim is to support these young people until they can transition back with family, into Foster Care or into a more permanent living arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic support and care to young people in our Residential Care Service
• Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and stable environment
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support young people's needs and goals
• Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
