The Infringements Review Team is part of Community Amenity, under the Division of City Development.

About the Position

The position is required to perform administrative functions associated with all facets of the infringement management process and provide support for Council’s prosecutorial functions and responsibilities.

We are one of Victoria’s leading Councils, serving a large well established community with very highly skilled and well-educated population.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Infringements Management System and the Victorian Courts

Highly developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare complex correspondence

Ability to manage time, prioritise work and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:
A minimum of Year 12 education and/or administration /clerical experience

Experience in legislative interpretation

Experience in preparing complex correspondence

Satisfactory National Police Check; and

Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
