**The Role**

The Brand Coordinator supports the Brand Team to build, preserve and share brand knowledge, content and assets, working cross functionally across all teams and tribes, to support across campaigns and activations of the Woolworths Food Company own brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will support the teams in sourcing nominations and content, for various projects such as sampling and catalogues, including ensuring that all relevant information fields are complete and accurate.
- You will coordinate and help brief product prototypes, prepare and provide mockups and imagery for boards and presentation decks required for road shows.
- You will conduct basic fortnightly Market Intel & Competitor Activity reporting (launches, catalogues, media etc.)
- Working cross functionally across all teams, you will assist the teams in the creation of new brand assets, packaging design development, online and owned campaign implementations, and internal communications update.As well as help on the maintenance and governance of brand and content assets.
- You will be able to actively support some key programs or activations, like our Coeliac Australia Partnership (help support Coeliac Awareness Week annually, send quarterly samples to members, ensure they have relevant content to promote to their members and support the CA Expos with samples)
- You may be required to assist in forecasting and budget tracking of miscellaneous activities.
- You will be expected to role model our purpose, values and ways of working.
- You will show flexibility and enthusiasm to assist with other varied projects within the Brand team, including admin tasks related to the Chapter team’s meetings.

**About You**
- Understanding of the importance of building and protecting brands, and controlling the consistency and quality of Brand expressions (packaging & comms).
- Curiosity and thirst for knowledge
- Can do attitude and problem-solver
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Great listener and fast learner
- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and often under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines
- Sense of urgency (when required)
- Financial best practice - forecasting, reporting (preferred but not essential)
- Tertiary education in Marketing & Communications or Marketing required
- Ideally 1-2 years Marketing/Comms experience in Corporate or Agency.
