**Here's what you will be doing**:
- Managing a portfolio of our EnviroSys customer accounts primarily across resources and utilities
- Providing high level of customer service, maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers
- Driving revenue opportunities, expanding the utilisation of our technology by value adding to our customers
- Understanding and communication of our value proposition to all customers
- Communicate and present acQuire’s software solutions to a variety of stakeholders
- Taking ownership and sustainability of company culture
**Here's what we need from you**:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably with a tertiary degree/qualification in business or technical fields
- Knowledge and exposure to the resources industry
- Working knowledge of environmental software products is highly desirable
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong account management skills
- Strong presentation skills, both online and in-person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capability in previously meeting revenue targets
- Ability to manage client feedback and quickly resolve issues
- Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
**The fine print of this gig**: Your role will report to the Global Commercial Manager and be based at our Adelaide office in South Australia. You will be managing the global portfolio of EnviroSys customers excluding the Americas. You will be required to perform all aspects of account management, from account planning,, forecasting, customer meetings, pipeline management, through to negotiating and closing sales. Some interstate/international travel is required.
