**Job Description** About the role**:
As a Commercial Contract Manager at NCS Australia, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial contract management of complex transactions across our enterprise. You will work closely with our Managed Services Leads and Legal team, reporting directly to the Delivery Excellence Lead.

Your primary focus will be on protecting NCS interests and profitability while managing all aspects of contractual operationalisation and delivery on key complex transactions across Enterprise and Government customers. This includes developing relationships with customers, vendors, partners and developing processes for the business on a broad range of operational and commercial aspects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial contract management roles obtained from Tier 1 IT/technology businesses.
- Demonstrable ability in managing large teams, running cross functional projects/teams and delivering outcomes in a time sensitive environment
- Relevant Contract Management and project management experience.
- Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract schedules, statements of work, variations and change requests to completion with mínimal reliance on Legal support.
- Significant experience in ICT, customer-facing and outsourcing services that include strategic business partnering with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience in leading sophisticated commercial disputes to closure.
- Strong commercial, business, negotiation skills and risk management experience.
- Contract Change Management Experience or Qualifications (desirable)
