**About the role**
Our client is a reputable industry-leading national business based in Parramatta that is seeking a Revenue Manager to start on short notice. Due to organic growth and an internal promotion, this position has become available. You will be leading a team of 4 Revenue Officers and oversee the revenue function. The company is very flexible with working arrangements (roughly 2 days in the office).

**The responsibilities**
Reporting into the Head of finance you will be mainly responsible for:

- Overseeing the company’s revenue transactions and compliance across all revenue streams, ensuring revenue is recognised in accordance with latest accounting standards.
- Managing a team of 4 revenue and claim officers
- Maintaining, analysing and overseeing all revenue and income recognition related activities including NDIA claiming and invoicing
- Assisting with escalated debt collection activities
- Working with finance management
- Month-end reporting activities
- Building strong relationships with other roles in head office and in operations, to ensure partnership across the business

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Revenue Role, ideally working with the NDIS and/or within the not-for-profit space
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business / Accounting / Commerce.
- Able to start on short notice
