**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to manage and lead the local facilities management team, in Parramatta, shaping our service delivery and developing best practice initiatives.

You will ensure that the Facilities Managers deliver on client expectations regarding presentation, day to day operations, tenant relationships, risk profile, financial performance, engineering performance, capital works and sustainability of an asset (or assets) on behalf of Colliers’ clients, while returning a positive financial outcome for Colliers.***

**Key Responsibilities**

In this key role, you will foster an environment of team collaboration and continual improvement across our FM team.

Other duties include:

- Managing and leading a team of Facility Managers across Parramatta
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met across the team
- Ensuring the local team delivers on Property Risk Assessments
- Developing and manage a revenue target and fee revenue
- Coordinating monthly training sessions for the local team covering technical topics
- Managing all areas of risk to ensure both Colliers and our clients are effectively mitigated.
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with service providers, including performance reviews

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

- Extensive experience in the delivery of facilities and operational management services
- Excellent business and operations acumen
- Strong client engagement and the capacity to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industry best practice, sustainability and legislative compliance
