**About the Role**
The Project Coordinator, Accreditation and Curriculum will provide project management and administrative support to major Learning and Teaching projects across MGSE. This includes contributing to core reporting requirements (including Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Stage 2 accreditation, evaluation of endorsed programs and support of annual reporting to VIT) as well as major course reviews (as required by the University), annual program reviews and other external accreditation and curriculum activities as required.

The position is responsible for the implementation of the course review processes across MGSE. This will include collation, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data, to develop reports and provide recommendations to inform accreditation submissions. The position requires extensive consultation with academics and senior leaders to develop workable solutions and actions in relation to MGSE’s academic programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and project managing Learning and Teaching projects including research, data collection and analysis, and reporting
- Leading accreditation and curriculum strategic projects as required including managing, drafting, and editing formal accreditation documentation and requirements
- Leading annual course reviews, comprehensive reviews and other review activities as required, including the coordination of MGSE responses to formal University TALQAC course reviews.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You should demonstrate the ability to successfully deliver complex projects, exercising high-level problem-solving skills and making informed judgments while prioritising outcomes. Proficiency in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis, advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI, Teams, SharePoint, and Qualtrics, is crucial. Additionally, strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills, coupled with effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate complex information succinctly, and the demonstrated capacity to work autonomously with considerable independence, are essential for this role.

You will also have:

- An undergraduate or post graduate qualification in a relevant field with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant management experience and/or education/training
- Team leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- A focus on student outcomes and a commitment to the Faculty’s values
