**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Assistant to join the Centre for Adolescent Health (CAH) research group at MCRI.

As a Project Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant and the wider research team to ensure the efficient flow of centre publications and outputs, and that these are updated and communicated in a timely manner across institutional databases and websites. You will also work closely with the CAH Communications Manager to promote CAH publications, events, and outputs on the website and other communications channels.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Maintains a digital record of CAH publications and outputs. This includes collation of publications and outputs for websites and internal reports
Develops a ‘best practice’ SOP for capturing Centre outputs in liaison with MCRI’s office of Research
Maintains an internal grants database
Assists with the development of reports, tenders and grants, etc., where required
Record retention, archiving and maintaining a digital database of CAH projects
Maintenance of Director’s curriculum vitae

**About you**:
Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Health / Communications / Marketing / Science) and relevant experience gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of data in collation, communications and reporting
Knowledge of social media content creation programs (i.e., Canva) and marketing tools (i.e., Buffer, Mailchimp, Vision6)
Knowledge of social media best practices, including knowledge of Twitter and LinkedIn
