**About -Strategy, Planning and Resources**
The Strategy, Planning and Resources team provides expertise and leadership to ensure that the Faculty and its Departments achieve their strategic and operational goals aspirations. It does this through:

- Ideation, design, development, deployment and tracking the Faculty’s strategy and business planning
- Leadership of operations across departments, institutes and research centres
- Oversight of risk appetite and risk management for the Faculty
- Ensuring that the Faculty efficiently and effectively allocates its teaching capability, human capital, financial resources and infrastructure
- Leveraging the resources and capabilities of university professional shared services to enable excellence in services

**About the Role**
The **Project Coordinator **is embedded in the Strategy, Planning and Resources (SPR) team and is responsible for supporting the successful ideation, design, development and delivery of a broad variety of strategic and operational projects for the Faculty of Business and Economics.

This role will also provide support to engagement, business development, accreditation and administration activities. The role flexibly lends itself to both independent focused work as well as team-based tasks, supporting continuous improvement and business continuity.

This role will suit someone that is data savvy and is comfortable doing some data extraction and wrangling, then following up with some analysis and insights generation as well as happy to present outcomes.

It will be critical for the incumbent to demonstrate “grit” to be able to manage competing demands and navigate ambiguity effectively whist maintaining robust attention to detail.

This position reports to the **Manager, Planning and Performance** and supports the Strategy, Planning and Resources team, the Dean’s Office as well as senior stakeholders across the Faculty.

Accountabilities include:

- Supporting the management of key projects and initiatives led by the Strategy, Planning and Resources team.
- Effectively engaging with project stakeholders and collaborating with the broader Faculty to ensure that project deliverables and milestones are met.
- Conducting desktop research and other analysis, preparing high quality project resources, and developing a deep understanding of their projects and stakeholders.
- Supporting broad performance report generation from extraction to wrangling, integration, analysis and insights generation

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will bring exceptional writing skills, showing flexibility across a range of purposes, audiences and styles, as well as strong attention to detail. You will demonstrate experience in problem solving, including thinking creatively and working collaboratively across teams to solve business challenges. You will also show great judgement, with an ability to anticipate project and stakeholder needs, and to identify dependencies across different pieces of work.

You will also have:

- A minimum bachelor level degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist or broad knowledge in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of project management, including the development and implementation of detailed project plans involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to critically evaluate information; reconcile conflicts; analyse, interpret and generate insights from data and use this information to guide decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and productive relationships with colleagues at different levels of seniority.
