**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for early career fundraisers or experienced project coordinators to take your career to the next level within a high-performing, growing Advancement team. As a Project Coordinator, Development, you will be responsible for supporting multi-faceted fundraising projects designed to engage prospective and current donors, ensuring they are able to make an impact through the University. You will work closely with a team of fundraisers and provide a high level of support with gift proposals and administration, donor reporting and stewardship. You will have the opportunity to exercise creative strategic planning and delivery and play a key role in delivering impact to the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Development staff in the delivery of donor engagement initiatives
- Supporting the fulfillment of philanthropic priority projects
- Delivery of an agreed annual schedule of donor engagement events or activities
- Monitoring and drafting reports on progress against targets

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- An appropriate tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated skill in coordinating complex projects within time and budget, and with responsibility for ensuring successful outcomes in relation to project deliverables.
- An understanding of the fundraising giving cycle and stakeholder engagement.
- Fundraising experience is ideal but not necessary.
