**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- 12 month contract
- Flexible and hybrid working - A mix of working in the Richmond office, working within the Aged Care sites and working remotely from home
- Busy HR Officer projects role supporting HRBPs with project work across Residential Aged and Home Care
- Be part of a supportive and dedicated HR team, in a purpose driven not-for-profit organisation
- Provide efficient and effective HR project and operational support

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partners (Projects), GM HR and the wider HR team, this position will support and advise Residential Aged Care Managers on various Human Resource functions including business critical projects aligned to our operational and compliance plan.
- You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build robust and effective relationships. With experience in a HR environment in a generalist or administration capacity you will support key stakeholders within Residential Aged Care and Home Care to provide quality HR project support and solutions.
