**About the role**

This position will provide administrative support in a range of functions including core HR activities such as contract preparation, compliance, recruitment (including HRIS management) as required to meet operational requirements.

This position will suit an individual who has experience as either a HR Administrator or HR Officer role and is looking for their next career opportunity.

This is a full time or part time position (hours negotiable). We work in a hybrid environment however when we are in the office, the position is based in Richmond. There is a range of public transport options on our doorstep.

- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team with first-rate interpersonal skills, together with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and growing a career within the HR profession.
- Experience working within an HR environment with demonstrated aptitude for attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer literacy, with a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to fulfil reporting and administrative requirements associated with the position
