**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration/Accounts Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to our administrative and finance departments, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as directed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with maintenance of Induction Register and Technician Compliance

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administration, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g. Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
