Accounts and Administration Assistant

Smeaton Grange, Australia Bombora Pools Full time

We are looking for an Accounts / Administration Assistant for our business located in Smeaton Grange.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all duties relating to our day-to-day accounting and administration tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly payments
- Data entry of customer payments and follow up as required
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory database and pricing files
- Manage stock levels and place stock orders with suppliers as required
- Assist with answering the phone and attend to customer and supplier’s queries as necessary
- Manage debtors ensuring all payments are received in a timely manner
- Update and maintain all data in our business management system

Skills and experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accounts or administration role
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Experience using XERO (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 12/06/2023
