We're a leading and well-respected Australian company in the LED static and digital signage space


and we're looking for you - an equally dazzling office manager ready to join our small and friendly team to assist in managing our busy office.


Ready to start in early February 2023, you will be an experienced and energetic accounts/ admin/office all-rounder and a stickler for attention to detail, with reliability, trustworthiness and a great work ethic setting you apart.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks
  • Perform a broad range of high level administrative duties
  • Manage and reconcile accounts
  • Assist the CEO with various tasks, as needed
  • Provide Customer Support
  • Provide support for the Sales Team
  • Handle dataentry and invoicing
  • Maintain a professional telephone manner and office presence
  • Process quotes and orders on DEAR inventory system
  • Create and distribute reports, as necessary, for the department.?
  • Construct professional correspondence and proposals.
  • Manage travel bookings for Sales Managers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop and Xero software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible to work fulltime in Australia
  • Computer skills including wordprocessing and spreadsheets.
  • Exercise excellent communication and listening skills.
  • High level of Customer Service skills
  • Task and time management
  • Professional and has initiative
  • Strategic thinker with strong intuition and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in a fastpaced work environment
  • Must be motivated and have the skills to communicate efficiently and effectively with team members based in different states

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of Canva and adobe suite (design skills)
  • Knowledge of EDM, Active Campaign and marketing skills
  • Skills in ecommerce or website management
  • Experience in handling accounts/bookkeeping
  • Knowledge in Air table/other project management tools


This permanent position, based at our head office in Smeaton Grange, embraces everything from data entry and invoicing, general administration and the management and reconciliation of accounts, to support for the broader sales functions and assisting the CEO and in return, you'll receive a competitive salary and KPI-driven bonuses.
