**Orthopaedic** provider, this organisation is growing rapidly and we are wanting to speak with individuals who are keen to build on their experience and take their sales career to the next level. This highly successful business has access to one of the most comprehensive portfolios across the Orthopaedic market, allowing them to grow at pace and scale. We have a unique opportunity in NSW and are wanting to connect with either experienced Orthopaedic Territory Managers looking for a change, Medical device representatives from other disciplines interested in changing lanes or clinical support specialists looking for their first sales role.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the annual product portfolio sales targets are achieved on this territory.
- Develop, plan and execute the territory sales plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Influence, coach and support the clinical support team in providing exceptional case support and training.
- Take ownership for the successful outcome of implant based tender and pricing agreements in territory.
- Actively monitor market and competitor trends and respond as relevant.
- Ensure the execution and reporting of sales and marketing activities in territory.
- Ensure the appropriate execution of the allocation requirements, territory management plans, consignment agreements, tenders/ pricing requests, special pricing, and customer profiles/ preferences.
- Foster good teamwork, communication and execution across the state sales team.
**The key skillsets you will need to have are**:
- Tertiary qualification in science or business-related discipline
- Proven experience in Orthopaedics sales and/or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices will be essential. Other Medical Device specialities will be considered
- Clinical support experience will be considered for those wanting to make a move into sales for the first time
- Strong selling skills and ability to offer unique perspectives
- Strong understanding of orthopaedics products and industry
- Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system
