Insurance Claims Support/advisor

Quay Consulting are working with a national organisation to assist them with a business critical role around Claims Support
The entity is both self-insured and externally insured and they require an expert claims support professional (at the top of their game) to provide assistance to the many geographically distributed offices around Australia. The support provided will be to internal offices and internal employees.
**Key for this role**
- Thorough understanding of workers compensation and general insurance claims.
- Excellent understanding of the claims processes for each, both from an internal perspective and for what external insurers require
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, ensuring all boxes are ticked, and all parties are informed for a seamless claims process
- Ability to liaise with external insurers where necessary
If you have the necessary skills and are immediately available, then this role is for an immediate start post interviews. This role is open to WFH.
