**In this role you will**:
Unlock Your Potential at Horsley Park Join our dynamic and vibrant team in the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources for this 15 month fixed term position. We're seeking a talented individual to take on a pivotal role in maintaining day-to-day compliance and driving administrative excellence.

As a key member of our team, you'll be the driving force behind crucial end-to-end administrative functions. Your exceptional communication skills, personal drive, and unwavering integrity will be instrumental in ensuring our Talent Acquisition team operates seamlessly.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in a large organization, this is the opportunity for you. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must, as you'll be responsible for managing high-volume workload and ensuring accurate documentation. Your customer service expertise will shine as you handle incoming correspondence and collaborate with business managers to ensure superior compliance management.

You will also have the opportunity to support the TA team with sourcing and attending our ability assessment for front line workers.

- Proven experience in a similar high volume administration role
- Superior attention to detail
- Self motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective time management, organisation skills and ability to priorities tasks
